I'M BAAAACK

Så er jeg tilbage! Nogen har måske undret sig lidt over hvorfor min log ikke har været opdateret i lang tid og det skyldes simpelthen at jeg først fik flere akutte arbejdsopgaver, sygdom i min nærmeste familie og så fik jeg selv kyssesyge :cry:
Jeg har dog indtil min kyssesyge, kunnet træne. Formen var perfekt og det gik godt(cut -300g pr. uge).

Så kom der en ryg-dag, men jeg er langt fra tilfreds med træningen. Jeg mangler styrke i min biceps og ryg, hvilket tydeligt kunne mærkes ved at jeg kun kunne tage 1RM med 200 i to forsøg.

Lidt info til dem som læser mine logs!

I har sikkert bemærket, at der står et spøjst tal under øvelsesnavnet. Dette tal er et beregnet 1RM på den pågældende øvelse.
